Casadelmar was born out of a bond of friendship between The United Kingdom and Spain. What began as help to friends has now become a professional organisation with expert partners and a well-established approach. An organisation that offers you access to virtually every house that is for sale on the Costa del Sol. Nevertheless, our principles remain the same:

1 Preparation
The first step is to establish clearly your wishes and options: type of
house, area, surroundings, facilities, and so forth. In addition we shall
advise you on the purchase of a house in Spain and everything that that
entails.
2 Visit to the Costa del
Sol
On the basis of this information, we arrange a well-prepared visit to
Spain. This will enable you to view appropriate homes and development
projects. At the same time necessary appointments can be made, for example,
with bank and lawyer, etc.
3 Purchase of the house
If you progress to the purchase of a house, we can bring you into
contact with appropriate parties to enable the purchase to take place
as smoothly as possible.
4 After care
Our office in Spain can advise you on equipping your house, and on obtaining
goods and services. We can provide answers to your questions and help
you to solve all sorts of small problems which may confront you in the
process of buying a house in Spain and possible emigration.
